Edit Free Access Pass - When editing a free access pass, it’s important to note that the corporate client, parking location, and issuance date cannot be altered as the system synchronizes the pass with License Plate Recognition (LPR) device. Any attempt to modify these fields may result in the parking record failing to sync accurately. However, operators can still accomplish the same objective by creating a new free access pass, which will not affect the system’s synchronization process. |

iv. User Profile - The Free Access Pass will be displayed under the “Registered Parking Access” section of the user’s profile. However, please note that users are not permitted to make any changes or terminate the pass, as it is managed directly by the parking operator. The pass serves as a form of complimentary parking access and any concerns or inquiries regarding it should be directed to the parking operator. |
