Added authentication checking where operators will be prompted to enter a password before exiting the discount module.

a. Redemption
Credit / Debit Card and TnG module are now combined and the card type will now be auto-detected
 
b. Promo Code
Operators can configure the promo code availability for specific devices through settings on the web interface

Upgraded Android SDK to version 33
